Dry molding granulation commonly used adhesives are as follows: (1) Polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution, the use of this adhesive production process is simple, ceramic porosity is small, the amount of 3% ~ 5%. (2) The melting point of paraffin wax is about 50℃, with thermoplastic, temperature increases, viscosity decreases. When the temperature is higher than its melting point, it can flow and wet the surface of porcelain particles, forming an adsorption layer and playing a role of bonding. Dry pressure is conducive to its cold flow. Paraffin content is usually about 8%. (3) Phenolic varnish, the production process of the adhesive is simple, the mechanical strength of the body is high, and the addition amount is about 8% ~ 15%. (4)Sulfite pulp waste liquid, the formula of this adhesive is: 90% water, sulfite pulp waste liquid 10%, the amount of porcelain powder is 8% ~ 10%, but the green strength is low.
