If the induction power of the inverter has not been discharged, turn off the main power supply and wait for 5 minutes before restarting. Check that the emergency button is reset.
Reason 1: The main motor bearing is damaged.
Treatment method: replace the main motor bearing.
Reason 2: A thyristor in the thyristor rectifier circuit of the main motor is damaged.
Treatment method: Check the thyristor rectifier circuit, and replace the thyristor element if necessary.
Reason 1: Uneven feeding.

Reason 1: The main motor rotates unevenly.

Reason 2: The rotation speed of the feeding motor is uneven, and the feeding amount fluctuates.
Treatment method: Check the feeding system motor and control system.
Cause: Poor bearing lubrication. Bearings are severely worn.
Treatment method: Check and add lubricant. Check motor bearings and replace if necessary.
Reason 1: A certain section of the heater does not work, and the material is poorly plasticized.
Treatment method: Check the heater and replace if necessary.
Reason 2: The operating temperature is set too low, or the molecular weight distribution of the plastic is wide and unstable.
Treatment method: Verify the set temperature of each section, and negotiate with the craftsman if necessary to increase the temperature set value.
Reason 3: There may be foreign objects that are not easily melted.
Treatment method: clean and check the extrusion system and the machine head.
Reason 1: The feeding system is faulty or there is no material in the hopper.
Treatment method: Check the material level of the feeding system or hopper.
Reason 2: The extrusion system enters the hard object and jams the screw, so that the material cannot pass through.
Treatment method: Check and clean up the extrusion system.
Reason: insufficient heating time and large torque. A section of the heater is not working.
Treatment method: Use the hand crank when driving. If it is not easy, prolong the heating time or check whether the heaters of each section are working normally.
Reason 1: The pressure setting value of the pressure regulating valve of the lubricating oil system is too low.
Treatment method: Check and adjust the pressure regulating valve of the lubricating oil system.
Reason 2: The oil pump is faulty or the oil suction pipe is blocked.
Treatment method: Check the oil pump and oil suction pipe.
Reason 1: Air or oil pressure is low.
Treatment method: Check the power system of the screen changing device.
Reason 2: Air leakage (or oil leakage) of the cylinder (or hydraulic cylinder).
